DIFFAS

DIFASS brought together organisations from 20 different European countries with the aim of identifying sources of finance for SMEs.

We looked at the barriers to internationalisation of SMEs and how these could be mitigated by better access to finance.

The focus was on the development and implementation of non-grant based financial support instruments, such as revolving funds, transregional funds and venture capital funds.
